Quick and Easy Focaccia Bread
1 pkg frozen white bread dough
herbs of choice, such as rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, onion flakes, etc.
Thaw as many loaves as needed in your refrigerator overnight. The remaining loaves will keep in your freezer. Lightly oil a baking sheet and place the loaf of dough on the sheet. Working carefully, gently stretch and knead the dough to the desired size and thickness. Brush the loaf with olive oil and sprinkle with herbs. Bake according to package directions. Enjoy!!
