Traditional Italian Recipes
Sicilian Bread Salad  
Ingredients:
Romaine lettuce, washed and shredded
roma tomatoes, chopped
fresh bread cubes from a nice loaf of Italian-style bread
sliced red or vidalia onions grated
parmesan cheese
good-quality balsamic vinaigrette
black olives (optional) 		Directions:
Toss all ingredients together with the exception of the salad dressing and grated cheese. Refrigerate. Just prior to serving, add the salad dressing and toss well. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top.
