Mini Pecan Muffins
Ingredients:
 2 eggs
1/2 c melted butter
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c flour
1 T vanilla
1 c chopped pecans
mini muffin pan 		Directions:
 Blend together eggs, butter and brown sugar. Mix well. Add flour, vanilla and pecans. Pour batter into mini muffin tins. No need to grease or to use liners. Bake in 350-degree oven for approximately 8-10 minutes, or until lightly browned on the top. Enjoy!!
