| Garlic-Dijon Vinaigrette Dressing |
Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic, finely diced (2 tsp) 1/4 tsp freshly ground
black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp Dijon-style mustard
1 T red wine or balsamic vinegar
2 T extra virgin olive oil |
Directions:
Mix together all of the vinaigrette ingredients. Add to
salad greens of your choice and toss. This dressing may be made
ahead and kept in the refrigerator for about a week. |
