All requests must be received in writing on your organization’s letterhead at least six weeks prior to the event date.

All requests must include the following information:

1. Description/mission of the organization/event
2. Organization's non-profit tax ID
3. Event date, time, and location
4. How the item(s) will be used (raffle, door prize, auction)
5. What/who the proceeds will benefit
6. Contact name, mailing address, and phone number

Please note that we receive numerous donation requests for charities in need. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to honor every request that we receive. Please accept our apology in advance if we are not able to fulfill your request. Email requests may not be considered.

We are located on East Clairemont
Avenue, just off the Highway 53 bypass.

From Madison/Chicago:
From I-94, exit on Highway 53 north bypass, exit to Clairemont Avenue (Highway 12) turn left onto Clairemont and then right on Otter Road.

From Minneapolis/St. Paul:
From I-94, exit on Highway 53 north bypass, exit to Clairemont Avenue (Highway 12) turn left onto Clairemont and then right on Otter Road.

From the North:
From Highway 53 heading south, exit to Clairemont Avenue (Highway 12) turn right onto Clairemont and then right on Otter Road.

From Inside Eau Claire:
From Business 53 (Hastings Way), exit to Clairemont Avenue (Highway 12) head east (towards Altoona) onto Clairemont and then left on Otter Road.
